Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Orion Studio ("the Application", "we", "us"), a desktop application for creating short-form video content and publishing it to your own social media accounts. By installing or using the Application you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Description of the service

Orion Studio provides tools to produce video content — including script drafting, text-to-speech narration, subtitle generation, visual asset selection and video rendering — and to publish the resulting videos to social media accounts that you own and connect voluntarily, through each platform's official API (for example, TikTok's Content Posting API and YouTube's Data API).

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Application.
You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are expressly authorized to manage.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and of the credentials and tokens stored on it.

3. Your content and responsibilities

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish with the Application. We claim no ownership over your content.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish, including compliance with the terms of service, community guidelines and monetization policies of each destination platform (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
You agree not to use the Application to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, spammy or that violates any platform's rules, including rules on automated or inauthentic behavior.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any media (images, music, footage, voices) included in your videos.

4. Platform APIs

Publishing features depend on third-party platform APIs that we do not control. Platforms may change, limit or revoke API access at any time, and their own terms apply to any interaction with their services. We are not responsible for actions taken by platforms with respect to your accounts or content, including removals, restrictions or monetization decisions.

5. Intellectual property

The Application, including its software, design and documentation, is the intellectual property of the Orion Studio developers and is protected by applicable law. These Terms do not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Application, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free or that published content will achieve any particular result, reach or revenue.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the Application, or any of its features, at any time. Sections 3, 5, 6, 7 and 9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
